1.Equipment Weight and Volume

Why is this needed? The weight of the equipment directly determines the load-bearing capacity required for each vibration isolator. Accurate weight data enables us to select the right model with appropriate load-bearing capacity—preventing damage to the isolator from overloading and avoiding compromised vibration isolation performance due to insufficient load-bearing. Meanwhile, the equipment’s volume and installation interface dimensions are critical for isolator selection and installation space layout, ensuring the isolators can be installed smoothly and properly under your equipment base without interference.

2.Equipment Shock and Shock Conditions

Why is this needed? In addition to vibration during stable operation, the equipment may be exposed to instantaneous and intense shocks (e.g., emergency braking, collisions). Please provide parameters such as shock peak acceleration and duration. These data are core bases for calculating the isolator’s required damping coefficient and shock resistance, ensuring the isolator can absorb massive energy in critical moments and effectively protect your equipment from shock damage.

3.Specific Application Environment

Why is this needed? The working environment of the vibration isolator directly affects its material selection and service life. Please inform us of the environmental temperature, humidity, and whether there are special conditions such as oil contamination, acid-alkali corrosive gases, or seawater. This allows us to choose special materials (e.g., silicone rubber, special stainless steel) that are high/low temperature resistant, anti-aging, or corrosion-proof, ensuring the isolator remains stable and reliable even in harsh environments.

4.Number of Installations and Installation Method

Why is this needed? A sufficient number of installations is fundamental to equipment stability. If the equipment has a high center of gravity, we will also recommend adding auxiliary support on the back. Additionally, please specify the installation method (vertical, horizontal, or at a 45° angle). This ensures the main stiffness direction of the vibration isolation system aligns with the equipment’s primary vibration or shock direction, thereby maximizing vibration isolation efficiency.
